Our standard management fee is calculated as a part of the total booked rental value.

For the first 10000euro booked  Short Stay Management charges 6%

For the next 20000euro booked  Short Stay Management charges 5%

For  all booking after 30000euro Short Stay Management charges 3%

Signup before December 31st 2011 and Short Stay Management charges 4% uptill 30000euro and 3% thereafter.

Website Development

Short Stay Management can quickly and easily create a standalone website for your rental unit. Hosting and domain name if necessary included

Cost: starting at 300euro one-off and a yearly 55euro for maintenance, ask us for a quote.

We will quote the customer, block the dates in the calendar, collect his confirmation payment (or send it to your paypal or authorize.net), and even send emails to your checkin/out manager and cleaning crew!
